The Partner Hub is built and managed by Choose Well, a statewide reproductive health initiative in South Carolina. Over 150+ partner organizations participate collaboratively to bring about better birth outcomes and equitable healthcare access in our state.

We Built This Tool For Partner-Driven Nonprofits Like Us
When we launched our statewide initiative, we realized really quickly that continuous communication with Partners was going to be key to success. But the sheer volume of emails, calls, workgroups, webinars, conferences, newsletters – it was just too much for our tiny team.
The Partner Hub lets our staff get back to focusing on essential programming, data, and collective impact – not sending reminders, answering emails, resending documents, and so on.

When we built the Partner Hub for our own nonprofit in South Carolina, we never could have imagined it turning into a social enterprise that helps other partner-driven nonprofits like us. As the technology grows, we are committed to devoting all profits to the advancement of better reproductive health and birth outcomes in our home state and beyond.
